The Doctor's Daughter (Tag Doctor)

Jenny was on top of the world. Riding her ship, she had already seen a few planets, met many people, but none led her to her Father. She needed what he had, a TARDIS. Somehow.... she knew she might not be old enough for one yet, maybe that was it. Maybe she had to find her race, her Father before she could get one. They were after all, the only two Time Lords left, were they not? Jenny had been born a fighter, born and raised, well, not really raised considering she was never really a child.

Still, Jenny wanted to learn these things. Besides a machine, where was her family history? She had to know and she felt lost without it. Only one man could answer that question for her, just one.... her Father. That was Jenny’s final mission. After being in a few battles, and planets, she was ready. She felt trained to deal with emotions, trained to deal with people more....and she remembered what her Father HAD taught her. No more killing. She was more compassionate herself, more caring, more loving then she had ever been. All thanks to him, the man she never got to know. Well, that was all going to change.

Jenny set a new course. To Earth. Figuring the Doctor might be in London, she set the course for there. Of course, she had no idea if this was going to be lucky or not. She hoped and prayed TARDIS would bring her Father to her. She knew that was how it should work. The TARDIS was the one that controlled the destinations. Wasn’t it? Still.... she attempted to break the Earth’s atmosphere when her ship went haywire. It started to fall, started to crash and she knew she was going to be killed. At least...she prayed she wouldn’t be. 

After several moments of spinning around, and loud machines going off on the inside of her craft, Jenny felt a ‘SPLASH’, and she saw water on her windshield. Did she actually get lucky enough to land on a lake? She wasn’t sure, but either way she had to get out of there. She quickly hit the emergency escape button and managed to land on the grass. She coughed and got up after brushing some water off of her clothes, and thats when she saw it. TARDIS.

Jenny grinned, and tried to get up but was a bit hurt. She frowned as she nearly passed out because of her head hurting. "Dad...I'm here!" she said banging the door to her ship. SHe couldn't get it open for some reason. It was jammed, but luckily she was floating at least. "Dad!" she cried out. What if he didn't hear her? Or what if she ended up drowning in the lake. She didn't want to think about that, she came to far.

[The Doctor]

Well she was lucky enough that the doctor was even in the area. His blue box didn’t always meant that was where he actually was. He wandered, if not all that far from his box. Jenny, as stated, was lucky today. He wasn’t off running chasing anything, he was actually just…settled. Resting maybe, after everything that had happened recently, nestled in a nice bit of South Dakota woodland near Singer Salvage without even knowing it yet. He was inside his TARDIS when the crash happened not that far from it, but being inside the TARDIS he failed to hear it, and his ship seemed either unaware or simply uncaring. If it posed no threat she generally didn’t alert him to things. A small escape pod was nothing to his blue box.

He’d been fiddling with whatever it was he’d dug out of the under belly of his TARDIS, other things on his mind. Other, vital things on his mind. He was resting but far from care free right now. His run in with the Master earlier, and everything else surrounding that including Lucifer was heavy on his mind, and a little on his body too. Still sore, that blast had been brutal, amongst other things. It was only when he realized the little thingy majiggy he was playing with needed a solar ray in order to charge up did he finally open the TARDIS door and wander outside with it, holding it up in the American Sunlight, paying no attention to anything else around him.

He held it up in the light, causing him to blink a bit and look to the side, squinting before he noticed. A ship? What? In the edge of the lake. No not a ship, that was just a pod, a mini-explorer, not a ship. He wasn’t close enough to simply see the situation, and the sun was shining off the glass of the pods front, meaning he couldn’t quite see INTO it either, so instead he begins closer. A bit cautious but if it was dangerous from the off his sexy would have alerted him. Or locked him in.

Jenny was taking the shock of the crash pretty well actually. The thing was, she wasn’t used to this planet ‘Earth’ that her father had been on. Not one bit really. Course she didn’t realize she landed at the right space in the right time, but still, she would be grateful for any help with her situation really. She wanted to find her Dad, and especially....now with everything being as crazy as it was. She was brand new, needed some guidance, and she didn’t have any. She was 3 going on 20 and was very confused about everything. He had promised her that they would see the world together if she survived the gun shot and well...she wanted to hold him to that.

She tried to escape from her ship but couldn’t. She tried opening the door but couldn’t get it to hardly budge. She sighed stuck. What if he didn’t find her? Would there be a way for him to if she was there? She wasn’t sure. She was a beginning Time Lord, brand new, not sure of how to use any powers if she had any. Thats why she was there, hoping to get to know what she was, and what she could do. She obviously came back to life somehow after dying, so she had to tell him that she was alright.

Jenny continued to cry out hoping that someone would hear her. “DAD! Dad!” she tried something else. “DOCTOR!” she yelled hoping maybe that would work. Maybe he still hadn’t acknowledged that he had a daughter yet.

She wasn’t sure of the situation just yet. Still, she knew that she had to try. “DOCTOR!” she called out banging the top of the POD hoping that someone would hear her. She started to give up as the water was coming in. What would happen to her? Would this be the end of her? She had no idea but it frightened her.
