Friends
Race, religion, species, background, gender, sexuality? He doesn’t care much so long as you’re friendly. He might disagree with your ideals, and he might voice it, but so long as you’re not hurting anyone, chances are you’ll get along just fine. He does TRY to get along with everyone.
Enemies
Heaven help you if you get on his bad side. He isn’t feared across the universe for nothing. This said, he is in no way the ultimate being in the universe. He can be bested. Still, you wouldn’t much want on his bad side. He’s far less forgiving than he used to be.
Lovers
‘Lovers’ is a very restricted section. He doesn’t easily give this side of him, mostly due to the fact he knows, as a time lord, he usually has to eventually leave that person. He’s still technically open to any race or gender, but has a preference not to mate interspecies. For this reason the two best candidates for ‘lovers’ are The Master and Captain Jack Harkness , who although isn’t a time lord, IS an immortal and time agent. His hearts still holds a very special place for Rose Tyler and it will take a lot to overcome that.
He does not do flings or one night stands. He will not easily fall in love, mostly because a lot of his hearts are already taken elsewhere.
Companions
Companions, however, is open. Anyone can be a companion. He won’t take on more than 2-3 at a time, and they usually have to know each other for him to take that many. He prefers singular companions, and all the better if he already knows you (Canons). He will not appreciate being hit on by his companions and most of the time will dismiss it, any emotional difficulty with said companions these days may mean he drops you off home and finds another one.
